Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom-Made and Personalised Products

All products sold by Gemified Luxe are custom-made, personalised, and produced to order according to the specifications provided by the customer.

Because our products are made specifically for you, they are exempt from the standard consumer cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has commenced.

Once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded as materials and labour will have already been committed to your custom item.

We will advise whether production has begun and whether cancellation is possible.

Returns

We do not accept returns of personalised, customised, or made-to-order products unless:

• The item is faulty;
• The item is damaged upon delivery; or
• The item received differs materially from the order placed.

Refunds

As all products are custom-made to customer specifications:

• Refunds are not available for change of mind;
• Refunds are not available if you no longer want the item after production has begun;
• Refunds are not available for errors provided by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect personalisation details, incorrect sizing, or incorrect design selections.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue; and
• Clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

Where a fault is confirmed, we may offer:

• A replacement item;
• A repair; or
• A refund, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
