To create your custom design, please provide the following details when placing your order:

• Design ideas or inspiration

• Name(s), initials, or text to be added

• Gem colours or decorative details

• Required size

Payment Information

A deposit is required to secure your custom order. The remaining balance will be invoiced approximately 2 days before dispatch.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, as work begins specifically for your personalised item once your order is confirmed.

We will keep you updated throughout the creation process and may provide progress updates to ensure your custom design meets your expectations.

Final payment is due within 24 hours of the final invoice being issued. If additional time is required, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your payment arrangements.
